MiGenTra Marks One-Year Anniversary by Attending Africa Health ExCon 2022
The Berlin-based biopharmaceutical company MiGenTra announced today that it will participate in its first major healthcare conference one year after its inception. Dr. Lutz Hilbrich, CEO of MiGenTra and ProBioGen, and Frédéric Bouvier, Vice President, Head of Corporate Development, Business Development & Licensing at MiGenTra, will attend Africa Health ExCon 2022.

With 16% of the world population, Africa carries a disproportionate 23% share of the global disease burden driven by high cost of innovative biologic treatments, insufficient infrastructure and related investments, low diagnosis and, despite growing urbanization, populations living in hard to access rural locations. Addressing this challenge is a priority to several world renown organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) or the European Investment Bank (EIB). It is also at the core of MiGenTra's mission of developing and commercializing high-quality biologics affordable to patients in need across Africa.
